Yesterday I met a new winemaker in the 5 Terre. E 'in Manarola, the winery has only one year, but seems well determined to make wine "properly". I've been drinking and it is remarkable. We hope to maintain this level and also "do not mount the head," but I do not think the tipo.Mi made a good impression. It's always nice to discover new young people willing to work in agriculture and viticulture in particular.
I was also eating, always in Manarola, in a restaurant where I ate three years ago. The management has changed (now leads the child with his partner), eat better (compliments to the chef!). What has not changed is the view always screaming (microscopic coveted terrace).
