Great wine connoisseur with a passion (for passion) decided to found a Society "Land of Doria" with Gianni Guglielmi (Company Poggi Elmo and Biamonti (can not remember if the brother or cousin) in the far western Liguria, to Soldano.Ma is the intent of the important factor: to produce a rossese (Dolceacqua) of a certain body, a certain structure and duration sooprattutto working in the vineyard and minimally in the cellar. Will he make it? What I drank from the barrel struck me. It 's very special. A rossese so, I confess, I never drank! and also makes the Roses (a rosé) of rossese. We hope that everything is understood, appreciated (especially the speech "barrels"!)
