Consorzio Tutela Vini Soave and Soave Recioto, in agreement with the Association Go Wine Association Strada del Vino Soave, Genoa promoted to an evening dedicated to wine Soave, one of the protagonists of vineyards in the Veneto region and a witness to history and wine culture (dating back to the fifth century in an epistle of Cassiodorus). In the tasting will be presented Soave, Soave Classico, Soave Superiore (DOCG since 2002) and Recioto di Soave (Veneto wine to get the first, in 1998, the Denomination of Origin Controlled and Guaranteed). Participate in the evening and liven up the tasting counter the companies belonging to the Consortium.
The tasting will be accompanied by a selection of typical products offered by members of the Association Strada del Vino Soave.
