My work for the City of Santa Margherita, continues. The search for recipes including interviews with the restaurant owners (former and current) that all are very nice and helpful. I hope soon to "pull the strings" and work together with Alberto for a "FLAT" that characterizes the città .Oggi go by the uncle of Silvana, a former restaurateur (low bow) and see what will give me directions and recipes.
